Returns Policy
We love quality and hope you love your Wander The Label item/s as much as we do! It is extremely important to us that you are 100% happy with your purchase.
Please visit our contact us page regarding any faulty items and sizing problems. We would love to work things through with you! Or send us an email with your name, contact details, order number and a brief description at:

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We can however offer an exchange or store credit note in the form of a gift card.
A store credit note can be issued for the purchase amount (excluding postage costs already paid). Any additional amounts including additional postage for the new item/s is at the customers expense. A store credit note will be issued in the form of an email gift card and is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Exchange and store credit can be processed once the following terms are met:
- Items/s are returned to us no later than 14 days of receiving purchase.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and additional postage charges for replacements will apply, unless faulty.
- Item/s sent back to us are recommended to be posted with tracking as we cannot be responsible for lost items in transit. Exchanges and store credits will be processed once item is received.
- All items must be in as received condition - unworn, unwashed, unused with the original tags attached (if applicable) and original packaging intact.
Wander The Label has the right to reject a return/exchange in the case that it does not meet the above conditions.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note all international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange due to extra shipping and duty costs.
GIFT CARDS
Please note we do not offer refunds on gift cards.
SWIMWEAR
Please note we do not return or exchange on certain items such as swimwear due to hygiene reasons, unless deemed faulty
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All final sale items are final which means we are unable to offer return or exchange on these items. Please choose carefully in regards to sizing.
FAULTY GOODS OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We check all condition of stock prior to carefully packing, however we are sorry if something of concern has been missed.
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect to what you ordered please send us an email within 24-48 hrs of receiving your package to determine a replacement, exchange or refund. This also includes end of sale items unless stated in the description otherwise.
Please note, we are unable to refund on any damages due to postal/shipping mistreatment during transit.
