Can I modify or cancel my order?
We love to rectify issues in anyway that we can! It is possible to modify sizing after your order has been placed, pending your order has not yet been packed or posted. Please send us an email promptly regarding the sizing you wish to change. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it is not possible to fully cancel the order.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! Shipping is available worldwide and is calculated upon checkout - Please note all international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange due to extra shipping and duty costs.
When will my order be sent?
We aim to process and ship all orders out as quickly as possible within 1-2 business days.
How do I track my order?
All orders are sent via Australia Post and will have standard tracking. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email and provide the tracking number to you.
Do you have payment options such as Afterpay and Zippay?
We offer Afterpay and Zippay as payment options at checkout for all purchases, excluding use as a payment method for gift cards and pre-orders. Please select other payment options when purchasing these items.
How do Pre-Orders work?
Pre-orders are advertised in advance of us ordering and/or receiving the stock. If you purchase a product through Pre-Order offer, you will be required to pay upfront to secure the product.
During the Pre-Order offer period, we endeavour to provide an estimated delivery time to the best of our ability. This is subject to change. Any updates to this time frame is communicated promptly. Once the product arrives, all Pre-Orders are prioritised and shipped out as soon as possible.
Should you purchase a product via Pre-Order and a product in stock, both items will be delivered together at the same time once the Pre-Order has arrived.
